About Erin

I always knew I wanted to go into healthcare, which is why I started out studying kinesiology in college. After taking a class on nutrition and performance, I realized how big of a role food plays in overall health, and that led me to switch my major to nutrition. Having family members with chronic health conditions has made me especially passionate about how nutrition and lifestyle can be used not only for prevention but also to support management. My passion lies in empowering others to improve their knowledge of nutrition and overall wellness through personalized, evidence-based care. I love cooking and baking, and I’m excited to take everything I’ve learned and use it to build meaningful relationships and support others in reaching their health goals.

Approach to care

I believe in creating sustainable, realistic strategies that support each person’s unique goals and lifestyle. My approach is research-focused and rooted in building a balanced relationship with food through intuitive eating principles, accountability, and practical guidance. I often use SMART goals to help clients stay focused and motivated while making progress they can truly maintain. Whether it’s managing a health condition, incorporating exercise in a balanced way, or simply learning how to feel your best, I am dedicated to guiding clients with compassion, encouragement, and evidence-based expertise.

Your first session with Erin

In our first session, I’ll take time to introduce myself and get to know you. I’ll ask questions about your goals, health history, lifestyle, and the foods you typically eat so I can better understand your unique needs. This session is all about building a strong foundation, where we can work together to create a personalized plan that fits your life and helps you feel your best. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment, so you can feel comfortable sharing openly and know that our work together is focused on progress, not perfection.
