About Erin

I am a highly experienced Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of expertise in nutrition therapy. I have worked extensively across clinical, research, and community settings; helping individuals manage and prevent chronic conditions such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and cardiovascular disease. My approach blends evidence-based practices with supportive, individualized care. With a strong foundation in clinical research and a deep understanding of disease management, I specialize in tailored nutrition strategies that support long-term health using a realistic, non-restrictive approach to promote healthy relationships with food. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families across the lifespan—from early childhood nutrition to older adult care. Whether addressing complex medical needs or everyday wellness goals, I empower clients with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their health and live well at every stage of life.

Approach to care

My encouraging approach allows me to meet you where you are. I specialize in helping you and your family find practical and fun ways to build sustainable habits, improve your relationship with food, and reach your health goals with evidence-based guidance. The way I see it - every day is a new opportunity to be a more balanced version of yourself. Life can be complicated and eating well shouldn't have to be. I look forward to working with you!
