About Erin
Hi, I'm Erin, a registered dietitian specializing in diabetes, women's health, and intuitive eating. While I've been a diabetes educator for most of my 20-year career as a dietitian, I've spent the last 10 years combining intuitive eating with diabetes management. In that time, I've worked with countless women who have repaired their relationship with food, all while improving their health. Besides being a dietitian, I'm also a homeschooling mom of 3 kids (16, 14, and 11), so I get the struggle to fit it all in. I'm a firm believer in flexibility and grace!
Approach to care
You will not be told to cut carbs or start any restrictive dieting when you work with me. I take a gentle approach to nutrition, empowering you to gradually add healthy behaviors until you've reached your goals.
Your first session with Erin
Your first session is all about you! I want to know what is currently impacting your health and dive into your dieting history. I'll be asking a lot of questions to get to know you. Together, we'll come up with a plan to achieve your personal health and wellness goals.
