About Erin
My passion for being a dietitian over the past 14 years comes from my love for helping others feel their best. I’ve personally experienced the life-changing power of not only improving my nutrition but also reshaping my relationship with food, my body, and my overall lifestyle. These changes transformed my life, and I would be honored to guide and support you through your own transformative journey.
Approach to care
I’m passionate about supporting people from all backgrounds, providing personalized care that meets you where you are on your health journey. As a minimalist at heart, I believe in finding the simplest and most effective approach for you. I’m all about evidence-based nutrition and love busting through nutrition myths (so, bring them on!). Let’s focus on the basics, get them right, and build a foundation of success from there!
Your first session with Erin
During your first session, I'll be getting to know you! I'll ask about your medical history, lifestyle habits, typical diet, and your goals. I will likely ask you, "what did you eat yesterday?" so keeping a food diary a few days before the call can be really helpful.
