About Erin
Food and movement have been a constant thread in my life, and they shape how I support patients. I trained at the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Dietetics and later completed an MHA in Healthcare Administration. As an RD and CDN, and with an MHA and CSP, I bring ten years of clinical and private-practice experience to each visit. When I'm not working, you'll find me doing Pilates, running, reading, or testing new recipes in the kitchen.
Approach to care
Science guides my recommendations, and your life guides the plan. I rely on current evidence while holding a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size perspective, so we'll focus on sustainable behaviors instead of short-lived diets. Sessions are warm and nonjudgmental, with clear, practical steps you can try. I aim to educate and empower you, addressing sleep, stress, movement, and feelings so together we build long-term habits that fit your life.
Your first session with Erin
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history, explore your relationship with food, and identify short-term goals that feel doable. You don't need to have it all figured out. I'll listen to your wins and frustrations, ask about routines and barriers, and we'll choose one or two focused actions to try before we meet again. We'll adapt as we go, keeping things realistic and sustainable for your life.
