About Erin
Food has always been my favorite kind of problem to solve. With a BS in Food Science and Nutrition and five years working as a Registered Dietitian, I've supported people in hospitals, corporate wellness programs, community health clinics, research and academia, sports nutrition, renal care, and private practice. Based in Fresno, I bring practical, evidence-based strategies to real life. When I'm not seeing patients you'll find me in a Pilates class, lifting weights, kayaking, or on the slopes snowboarding. I'm passionate about helping individuals meet their nutrition goals, and I love partnering with patients to build habits that last.
Approach to care
Evidence guides everything I recommend, and I pair that science with a warm, nonjudgmental space so we can make lasting change together. I work from a Health At Every Size perspective, focusing on behaviors, function, and wellbeing rather than weight. We'll set clear, doable steps and keep things action-oriented so you can see progress. I also prioritize education, explaining the why behind each strategy so you feel confident making choices that fit your life. My goal is sustainable habits that support your whole self, not quick fixes.
Your first session with Erin
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll look at the whole picture. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, and take a deep dive into your relationship with food and daily routines. Together we'll identify one to two short-term goals and build a practical meal plan you can try right away. The visit is collaborative and low pressure, you do not need to have everything figured out, just bring your questions and your experience.
