About Erin
Hi! I’m Erin, a Registered Dietitian, mom of (soon-to-be) two, and a firm believer that food should be both nourishing and enjoyable. My journey with nutrition began from a personal place. Growing up, I struggled with body image and anxiety. Discovering how to fuel my body with intention and kindness helped me shift my perspective, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same. In addition to my work in telehealth, I’m currently a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting, where I provide medical nutrition therapy for a wide range of conditions. This experience gives me a strong foundation in understanding complex disease states and how nutrition plays a role in healing and long-term health. Whether you're managing a medical condition, looking to improve your relationship with food, or just need guidance on how to nourish yourself through different seasons of life, I’m here to support you with compassion, practical advice, and evidence-based care.
Approach to care
My approach is compassionate, realistic, and rooted in evidence-based nutrition. I believe that food should support both physical health and overall well-being, without guilt, stress, or restriction. I meet each client where they are, taking into account their unique goals, lifestyle, medical history, and relationship with food. Whether you're managing a health condition, navigating life changes, or simply seeking more balance, I’ll work with you to create personalized, sustainable habits that support long-term success. Above all, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and confident in your nutrition journey.
Your first session with Erin
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore your goals, lifestyle, and relationship with food. I’ll ask about your eating habits, activity levels, health history, and any conditions you may be managing. Together, we’ll define clear nutrition goals and begin building a personalized, realistic plan to support your health. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of your next steps and a supportive partner (me!) to guide you along the way.
