About Erin
I have been a Registered Dietitian for the past 15 years in a small South Carolina town, specializing in kidney diseases, dialysis, and diabetes management. Before that, I went to culinary school in Georgia and then the University of Alabama. Roll Tide! My husband and I tied the knot in December 2023, though it still feels like yesterday. We have two fur babies: Lola and Seamus. I might be too obsessed with them or at least my mom thinks I am. ;) Because of my medical conditions, I follow a strict gluten-free diet. Trust me when I say I know how it feels to give up something that you really enjoy. As a rule, there are no "bad" foods.
Approach to care
I love food! I thoroughly believe that all foods have a place in our lives, within moderation, unless there is a medical reason to avoid it or an allergy present. My aim is to help my clients reach their own goals and live the lives they want.
