About Erin

Hi! My name is Erin, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support you in reclaiming your relationship with nutrition and movement. I have experience working across full and partial hospitalization and intensive and regular outpatient settings with individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and general health concerns. I practice from an Intuitive Eating, Health at Every SizeĀ® (HAESĀ®), and Gentle Nutrition framework. I’m passionate about debunking harmful diet culture myths and helping clients build a more neutral, trusting relationship with food. I believe nutrition and movement can become more than just a chore — they can evolve into supportive relationships that help us pursue our dreams, show up fully at work, play with our children, and connect meaningfully with friends and family. Together, we’ll redefine what nutrition and movement mean to you.

Approach to care

My approach to care is collaborative and client-centered. The goals we set together are guided by your values, needs, and readiness — because meaningful change requires your buy-in and trust. I am both a cheerleader and an accountability partner, supporting you as you work toward the goals you set for yourself. Building a neutral relationship with food isn’t a race; it’s a practical, attainable journey we walk through together, one step at a time.

Your first session with Erin

Our first session is focused on getting to know you and the history of your relationship with food. We’ll explore early food experiences and beliefs shaped at the dinner table, as well as messages about nutrition that may have developed during adolescence and into adulthood. I’ll also gather a 360-degree view of your current health and establish baseline markers such as eating patterns, mealtime rituals, fear foods, and other relevant factors. This helps me personalize your care. I know that meeting with a new healthcare provider can feel anxiety-inducing. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling supported, understood, and hopeful.
