I believe there is no one-size fits all solution and work closely with clients to create realistic sustainable strategies that fit their lifestyle culture and goals. Together we focus on building skills, confidence and habits that support long term health. I strive to provide clear guidance while honoring your lived experience. My role is to support you with practical tools, clear information, flexibility, encouragement, and accountability so you leave feeling informed motivated and confident.
Your first session with Erin
The first session is all about getting to know you. We will talk through your health history, goals and what's brought you to nutrition counseling. I want to ensure that I understand what feels most important to you right now. Together we will identify realistic steps that fit into your lifestyle. Expect clear guidance, practical ideas and time to ask questions. By the end of the session you will have a plan that feels doable and supportive along with a clear idea of what our work together can look like moving forward.
