Hi I'm Erin and I'm passionate about helping people achieve their health goals through evidence-based nutrition counseling. Your first session with Erin K
In the first session, my clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we take the time to discuss their health history, lifestyle, and personal goals. I conduct a thorough nutrition assessment, which includes reviewing their current eating habits, medical background, activity levels, and any specific challenges they may be facing. This session is also an opportunity for clients to share their concerns, ask questions, and clarify their expectations. Together, we’ll outline a realistic and sustainable approach tailored to their unique needs. Rather than focusing on rigid meal plans or quick fixes, I emphasize practical, evidence-based strategies that fit seamlessly into their daily lives. By the end of the session, clients will leave with a clear understanding of their next steps and an initial action plan to start making meaningful progress toward their health goals.

Education
I earned both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nutrition Science from Hunter College, where I also completed my Dietetic Internship.
Hobbies
When I’m not focused on nutrition, I enjoy spending my time cooking, gardening, and staying active through workouts. I find joy in creating meals that are both nourishing and delicious, tending to my garden, and making movement a regular part of my routine. Most of all, I love spending quality time with my husband and our two dogs, Penny and Pickle, who always keep life fun. I also own a flower shop with my mom as side gig!
