About Erin
My career as a Registered Dietitian started long before my education, with my love for food, cooking, and food puns. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor's in Nutrition in 2018. I spent the next 6 years building and solidifying my clinical knowledge by working in the hospital setting. The only thing missing was the continuity of care and continual connection with my patients. That missing piece led me to transition to the world of nutritional counseling. I now have so much fulfillment using my love of nutrition to help my clients reach their goals.
Approach to care
I believe wholeheartedly in listening to my clients and their needs first and foremost. I take an intuitive eating approach in my counseling, focusing on mending my client's relationship with food through mindfulness and awareness. I always meet my clients where they are and help them make small, meaningful changes that lead to an overall healthy lifestyle.
