About Erin

Erin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who’s passionate about helping women take control of their health and feel their best at every stage of life. With over 10 years of experience and extensive training in gut health, integrative and functional nutrition, she focuses on supporting women through pre- and post-menopause, weight challenges, managing health conditions, and improving gut health.

Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. Erin prioritizes personalized, individualized strategies tailored to achieve the health and wellness goals unique to you. Her evidence-based, integrative approach combines conventional nutrition science with functional strategies to identify root causes and promote long-term health.
