Your first session with Erin

In your first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive conversation where we take the time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your daily routine, work, lifestyle, and any challenges you’re facing with nutrition and health. If lab results are available, we’ll review them together to gain a clearer picture of your health status. From there, we’ll collaboratively set flexible, realistic goals and create a plan that fits your schedule and needs. My approach is never rigid—life happens, and we’ll adapt as needed to ensure sustainable progress toward your health and wellness goals.
