About Erin

Hi, I'm Erin. I'm a Registered Dietitian based in Chicago with four years of experience in clinical and hospital settings. I earned my MS in Nutrition Science from Case Western Reserve University and I practice as an LDN and RDN. I love hiking, cooking, reading, painting, and solving puzzles, and I bring that curiosity and care to my work. I’m passionate about helping people learn nutrition in a way that fits real life, so you can build lasting healthy habits. I’m excited to get to know you and tailor guidance to your goals.

Approach to care

My care philosophy centers on evidence and partnership. I stay grounded in current science while prioritizing your experience and goals. We’ll meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right, with a judgment-free space and practical steps you can actually use. Together we’ll adopt a direct and action oriented approach that supports sustainable change and Health At Every Size. I view nutrition as holistic, honoring mental and physical well-being and the everyday rhythms of life, so you feel capable and informed.

Your first session with Erin

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll talk through your relationship with food, review your medical history, and discuss any labs or biometrics you have. We'll establish short term goals and begin shaping a meal plan that fits your life. You don't need to have everything figured out yet; this is a low pressure, collaborative conversation. By the end, you'll know what we’ll work on next and feel supported in taking the first practical steps.
