About Erin
Erin is a Midwest-based Registered Dietitian and has been practicing since 2020. Erin graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship at Central Michigan University. She is passionate about providing multicultural care and is fluent in Spanish. The aspect that Erin enjoys most about her career is educating individuals on how they can still include their favorite foods into their meals, while also living a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
Approach to care
Erin likes to focus her care with clients on holistic nutrition and lifestyle changes. She believes that the pursuit of health should not only be focused on what you eat, but also should include other areas of health like: sleep, physical activity, and stress management. No matter what your health goal is - Erin will be your best accountability partner to help you achieve your goals. Erin's approach to care is always client-centered and focused on meeting/exceeding client goals and expectations.
Your first session with Erin
Erin believes it is important to have a solid foundation of your history in order to tailor nutrition and lifestyle protocols to your specific needs. You can expect to discuss both your medical and nutrition history in this first session. Erin will also discuss your goals for working together to ensure you both have a clear path moving forward. The first session, and throughout your time working with Erin, will also be spent answering any questions you may have regarding your nutrition, lifestyle, protocols, etc. to ensure you have an in-depth understanding of how you can live your healthiest life even with all the natural chaos that life offers.
