About Erin
Erin has been working in healthcare with individuals and families for twenty plus years. She enjoys supporting people along their paths to best health. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Registered Yoga teacher, Erin combines food, nutrition, nourishment, stress management, movement, creative expression, and self-care practices in her sessions.
Approach to care
Erin's approach to care is a holistic. She assesses all aspects of health history, lifestyle, preferences, and overall needs in order to meet people where they are. Erin collaboratively builds a realistic program to best support the health and well-being of individuals and their families. This may include food choices and menus, gut and microbiome health, shopping and budgeting guidelines, movement tips, stress management, and self care suggestions. An essential part of nutrition and nourishment is how people relate to food. Time will be spent discussing not only what we eat, but how, where, when, and why we are eating. Fostering a healthy connection with food and mealtime allows space for satisfying nourishment.
Your first session with Erin
Getting to know each other! Expect to answer some questions surrounding your food likes and dislikes, your health history, and your lifestyle. There will be time for you to ask Erin questions and let her know your intentions and goals. Together, you will co-create a nutrition, health, and wellness program that best suits your personality and overall needs.
