About Erin
Hi! I'm Erin. I have been a Registered Dietitan since 2016. My primary expertise is in enteral and parenteral nutrition, with a special interest in blenderized tube feedings. I believe that food plays a pivotal role in our relationship with ourselves and others and everyone have the oppertunity to share in that connection. I also have several years of experice working with GI disorders and Elhers Danlos Syndrome.
Approach to care
I am an expert in nutriton but you are the expert of your own body and experinces. I am here to serve as your guide and support system. Many of my patients have multiple chronic conditions and lots of people telling them what they should do. I am here to clear out the backround noise. We will combine evidenced based nutrition care with simple, practical approaches to help you meet your goals. I believe in making sustainable changes that will support you for the rest of your life.
Your first session with Erin

I want to know about your lifestyle, challanges, and stressors. We will discuss your goals and work together to develop a roadmap to get you there. We will also discuss my approach to nutrition counseling and practice to make sure we are a good fit.
