  • Erin was positive and let me tell my weight loss journey without feeling shamed. She was understanding. She acknowledged the difficulty. She said weight loss is hard but didn't make me feel like it was impossible. She asked for 2-3 goals to work on to make me accountable.

  • Erin was super helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel really at ease to talk to someone about my weight struggles.

About Erin

I'm Erin Marie. I became a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Health Coach to help people develop healthy habits and improve their quality of life. I have over 18 years experience promoting health and wellness. I have worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics and private practice settings. I recently wrapped up a four year stint teaching health and nutrition electives to high schoolers. In addition to being a dietitian, I am a wife of 20 years and a mom to three preteen/teenagers. I have extensive experience with family nutrition and meal prep. Also, I have a special interest in vestibular conditions and bleeding disorders since I battle these conditions in my own life.

Approach to care

I strive to support your journey to better health and wellness with encouragement, education, and accountability.

Your first session with Erin

I will seek to understand your story in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. We will discuss your goals, medical history, recent lab work, eating and movement patterns, sleep, stress and other factors. Each of these can influence the health of your work, family and social environments. Our first session will wrap up with a couple actionable steps that you can implement immediately. These will help build confidence and momentum as you embark on your journey to wellness.
