About Erin
Hi everyone! My name is Erin, and I’m so excited to be here. I’ve spent most of my professional career working in acute care hospital settings with patients across a wide range of conditions. I’d describe myself as a “float,” providing general nutrition care for all. I look forward to connecting with you to explore your relationship with food and to help you clarify and personalize a path toward your goals.
Approach to care
I make nutrition simple and engaging, helping people make confident, informed choices while enjoying and connecting with food. I meet clients where they are, recognizing that nutrition is shaped by personal history, culture, access, and lived experience. In a supportive, nonjudgmental outpatient setting, I focus on collaboration rather than prescription, setting realistic, values-based goals. My approach emphasizes progress over perfection, practical education, and flexibility. Food is more than fuel, it is connection, culture, and enjoyment. My goal is to help clients build sustainable habits and a positive relationship with food that supports their health and quality of life long term.
Your first session with Erin
In our first session, we’ll explore your background, health history, and relationship with food, including your goals and past experiences. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing and asking questions. Together, we’ll identify 2-3 SMART goals to focus on, something realistic and aligned with your values and lifestyle. We’ll prioritize small, achievable steps that build confidence and momentum, rather than perfection or rapid change. Education is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your real life. We’ll focus on strategies that support nourishment, satisfaction, and listening to your body. This first session sets the foundation for a flexible, empowering process that supports your health and relationship with food at a pace that feels right.
