Hey there! Iām Erin Wayland, a registered dietitian who knows what itās like to deal with confusing diet restrictions and all the noise around food and healthāespecially online. I became a dietitian to help people like me whoāve felt overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice and just want clear, supportive guidance that actually makes sense. Iām passionate about helping you feel good in your body without unnecessary rules or stress. My approach is all about finding what works for youāno one-size-fits-all plans here. I believe that nutrition should feel supportiveānot stressful. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and flexibility. I take the time to meet you where you're at, and understand your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle so we can create realistic goals that truly work for you. I focus on building long-term habits rather than quick fixes, and I always keep things evidence-basedāno fads or fear-based advice here. Empathy, honesty, and zero judgement is my promise.
Your first session with Erin
In our first session, weāll chat about your health history, daily routines, eating habits, and what you'd like to get out of working together. Whether you're managing a health condition, dealing with food restrictions, or just want to feel better in your body, Iām here to really listen and learn what matters most to you. We'll talk through any challenges youāre facing and come up with realistic, doable goals that fit into your actual lifeānot some perfect plan on paper. Itās a totally judgment-free space where you can ask questions, share concerns, and feel supported every step of the way. Follow-up sessions are typically weekly so we can keep the momentum going, but I'm flexibleāwe'll find a rhythm that works best for your schedule and needs.
