About Erin
Hi, I’m Erin, a Registered Dietitian with 18 years of experience specializing in weight management, including bariatric nutrition and medically supervised weight loss. I work with individuals at all stages of their journey, whether you're preparing for bariatric surgery, navigating life post-op, or exploring non-surgical, medically guided approaches to weight loss.
Approach to care
My approach is patient-centered, realistic, and supportive. I believe in creating personalized nutrition plans that not only align with your health goals but also fit your lifestyle. We will kick restrictive diets to the curb and focus on sustainable changes that you can stick with for life. You can expect collaborative, non-judgmental care routed in real life experience.
Your first session with Erin
During your initial nutrition appointment, my goal is to really get to know you. I want to learn about your health history, lifestyle, daily routines, relationship with food, and what matters most to you. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s a conversation where you can share openly, and I’ll listen without judgment. Together, we’ll identify your goals, challenges, and priorities so we can build a personalized plan that fits your life and sets you up to start making progress towards your goals.
