About Esmeralda
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, fluent in Spanish, and passionate about helping others improve their health through balanced, sustainable habits. I am a mom of two boys (2.5 yrs and a 3mo old!). My focus areas include general and women’s health, with a special interest in pre- and post-conception, fertility, and lactation nutrition. I believe all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle and support clients through personalized meal planning, strengthening their relationship with food, integrating exercise, and fostering accountability.
Approach to care
My approach is patient-centered and based on the latest nutrition science. We’ll work together to understand your unique needs, create a personalized plan, and make realistic changes that fit your lifestyle. I’ll support you through education, ongoing check-ins, and collaboration with your healthcare team to help you feel your best.
Your first session with Esmeralda
Your first session is all about you. I’ll take the time to listen and learn about your goals, lifestyle, and relationship with food in a compassionate, judgment-free space. Together, we’ll explore your current habits, discuss your health priorities, and start building a personalized plan that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about your next steps toward better health.
