About Esperanza
Hi, I’m Espe. I’m a military spouse, mom to two energetic little ones, and a proud fur-baby parent. My personal and professional experiences have shaped who I am as a dietitian and how I support the people I work with. Life in a military family has taught me the importance of flexibility, resilience, and creating routines that adapt to change. I have experience working with women and children, the geriatric community, school-aged kids, and individuals across the military population. These diverse backgrounds have shown me that each person’s relationship with food, stress, and daily demands is unique. I’m passionate about meeting clients where they are and helping them build realistic, sustainable habits. My approach is warm, supportive, and judgment-free, focusing on the whole person whether that is nutrition, sleep, stress, lifestyle, and mindset. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered on your wellness journey.

I believe nutrition is personal, there's no one size fits all plan. My role is to meet you exactly where you are and help you move toward sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. In our first session, we’ll start with a welcoming conversation to help you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll talk about your goals, daily routines, and what brought you to nutrition counseling. I’ll review your nutrition habits, health history, and lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and activity to get a full picture of your wellbeing. Together, we’ll set personalized, realistic goals that fit your life. You’ll leave with a clear, actionable plan you can begin right away. We’ll also discuss what to expect in your next visit and how we’ll continue building your progress step by step.
