Eva-Lynn Stevens, MS, RDN, LDN is a Registered Dietitian with over 30 years of expertise in nutrition counseling, clinical practice, and evidence-based wellness programming. Known for hee compassionate, client-centered approach, Eva-Lynn specializes in translating complex nutrition science into practical, sustainable strategies that empower clients to improve their health and quality of life. Eva-Lynn has worked across diverse settings: outpatient nutrition therapy, acute and long-term care, and corporate wellnessâproviding personalized nutrition guidance for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and weight management. Eva-Lynn is recognized for her skill in motivational interviewing, interdisciplinary collaboration, and tailored nutrition plans that support health goals and lifestyle realities. Approach to care
Eva-Lynn uses a collaborative approach to lead her clients to strategies that easily fit into his/her lifestyle while achieving agreed upon nutrition goals. Clients will learn there are no "good" or "bad" foods just healthier choices. Clients will also learn that moderation not deprivation is the true key to success.
Your first session with Eva-Lynn
The first step for each client is to meet to review diet history, medical history, eating patterns, activity and exercise. Nutrition goals and, potential barriers to reaching those goals will be reviewed. Client will leave with initial strategies for change.
