About Evan

I’m Evan, a Registered Dietitian and Strength Coach specializing in performance nutrition, clinical dietetics, and sustainable habit formation. I help people improve body composition, build stronger nutrition routines, and optimize energy so they can move, train, and live with more confidence. My background blends clinical training, high-performance strength coaching, and real-world experience supporting a diverse clientele under physical and mental stress. I focus on creating simple, structured nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle and support long-term results.

Approach to care

My approach is practical, evidence-based, and highly individualized. I combine clinical insight with performance coaching—helping you understand what your body needs, how to fuel it, and how to build habits that stick. I don’t rely on strict rules or extreme plans. Instead, we work step-by-step to improve your nutrition patterns, manage stress, and create a foundation you can sustain. You’ll get clear guidance, accountability, and a plan that adapts to your training, your schedule, and your goals.

Your first session with Evan

In our first session, we’ll explore your health history, your training routine, your current habits, and what you want to accomplish. I’ll use that time to understand your lifestyle, barriers, and priorities—whether that’s improving body composition, supporting performance, addressing clinical concerns, or building consistency. We’ll set a clear direction and immediate next steps so you leave with a plan you can start using right away.
