About Evelyn
Hi! I’m Evelyn, a Registered Dietitian who helps busy people build simple, realistic nutrition habits that fit into real life. I work with those balancing full-time jobs, packed schedules, and personal goals—without wanting food to feel overwhelming. My mission is to make nutrition feel approachable and flexible. I would love to work with you to make nutritious eating feel simple and doable in your everyday routine!

Your first session with Evelyn
Your first session is all about getting to know your lifestyle, your goals, your challenges, and what brings you here. My goal is to create a space where you can share openly and feel supported every step of the way. We’ll talk through your health history, your relationship with food, and what you’d like to work on together. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just show up as you are. After this session, I want you to leave feeling heard, encouraged, and confident about our next steps.

Hobbies
When I’m not working, you can find me outdoors with my husband—running, hiking, snowboarding, paddle-boarding, rowing, and playing beach volleyball. I also enjoy trying new foods and binge-watching shows (both new shows and ones I've seen hundreds of times).
