About Fabyana
Food and practical wellness guide my days, from the recipes I test in my kitchen to the plans I build with patients. I bring three years as an RDN and a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics, with hands-on experience in both clinical hospital settings and private practice. I love translating science into simple, realistic steps, and outside the clinic you'll find me cooking, exploring mindful living, coffee runs, long walks and celebrating small, sustainable wins with clients.

I ground recommendations in current research while keeping things human and doable. I take a weight-neutral, behavior-focused stance so we center health and habits, not a number on the scale. I'm direct and action-oriented, giving clear, evidence-based steps and practical accountability, while staying empathetic and judgment-free. Together we'll address nutrition alongside sleep, stress, movement, and mood, and I'll teach you the why so you can make lasting changes.
Your first session with Fabyana
Expect a calm, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We'll talk through your routine, what feels realistic, and any barriers you face, then establish one or two short-term goals to get started. You don't need to have everything figured out, we'll work together in a low-pressure way to create practical next steps that fit your life and build toward sustainable change.
