About Faith
Hi, Iām Faith, a holistic Registered Dietitian who focuses on lifestyle, foundational habits, and the whole person ā not quick fixes or rigid rules. My work centers on nervous system support, hormonal health, metabolism repair, and the mind body connection. Together we will build strong lifestyle foundations that support long-term healthāapproached with grace, flexibility, curiosity, and empowerment. Our work may explore upgrading your daily habits/routines, meal design and timing, the mind-body connection, and your relationship with food, yourself, and others. We also integrate your passions, beliefs, and valuesābecause health is not one-dimensional, and lasting change happens when your whole self is included. When Iām not supporting clients, youāll find me at the beach, reading, dancing, or enjoying time with puppies and loved ones. Iām grateful to grow together with my patients.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is compassionate, curious, and personalized ā helping you move away from all-or-nothing thinking and toward trust, resilience, and emotional well-being. I believe in meeting you where you are, without judgment, and guiding you toward sustainable habits that honor your body and your life. I believe healing does not come from forcing the body into change, but from partnering with it. Together, we move away from all-or-nothing thinking and perfectionism, and toward a more compassionate, sustainable approach to health. I take a nervous-system-informed perspective, recognizing that true healing requires safety, gentleness, and learning to turn toward yourself with care.
Your first session with Faith
Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation focused on you. We'll start by reviewing your medical history and your current life, then dive into your relationship with food, what fuels you, and what feels challenging. Thereās no need to have it all figured out yet; together weāll uncover small, meaningful starting points and establish 1ā2 short-term goals. Weāll also explore the foundations of your daily routine, including sleep, stress, movement, and meals, to see how everything fits into your life in a sustainable way.
