About Fanny
I have worked as a Registered Dietitian for 15 years and have extensive experience working with people who are living with hypertension, diabetes, chronic and end-stage kidney diseases, transplantation, and end-of-life nutritional care. My love for food and connecting with clients is what drives my desire to help clients find their best selves when they gain the knowledge needed to manage whatever nutritional goals they might have.
Approach to care
My approach focuses on getting down to the basics of nutrition. There is so much "nutritional noise" that we get fed from all directions of our lives. I will work with you to cut through that noise to strip it down to the basics, so you can rebuild that framework with the balance that is needed to sustain long-term changes.
Your first session with Fanny
Our first session will just be to get to know each other! We will work on establishing your history and identifying your needs and goals. By the end of our session, we will have the foundation on how I can help you acheive your goals. We will focus on getting to know one another on a more personal level and ensuring that I am a good fit to meet your needs. I promise it will be fun and painless!
