About Farah
Hi, I’m Farah, a Texas-based RDN who knows what it’s like to struggle with food and body image. I once stood where many of my clients are today, overwhelmed by diet noise until a dietitian helped me rebuild my confidence and relationship with food. That experience inspired me to become an RD so I could empower others the same way. My approach blends empathy, education, and evidence-based care. I believe there are two experts in the room—you and me—and my goal is to help you gain the skills to thrive independently. I’ve worked with athletes, busy moms, young professionals, and seniors, specializing in sustainable weight loss, sports nutrition, and women’s health. Together, we’ll create a realistic plan that fits your life and helps you feel confident, capable, and strong.
