Hi! I'm Farrah, a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about the joy of eating and fostering a healthier relationship with food rather than adhering to strict diets. I have had 12 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, helping individuals achieve their nutritional goals while finding balance in their lives. As a mom of two, I'm always exploring new ways to add nutrition to my family's meals, ensuring that wellness is part of our everyday lives. My expertise extends to behavioral health, chronic diseases, and weight management, allowing me to support individuals in their unique health journeys, focusing on both body and mind.
