About Felicia
Hi, I'm Felicia! I have been a Registered Dietitian for four years. I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Dietetics at James Madison University. I then completed my Masters of Science at Rutgers University along with my dietetic internship at University Hospital in Newark, NJ. I've worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient, and dialysis. I love to help people meet their individual nutrition goals where every they are at in their health journey!
Approach to care
Food is personal. Everyone has a unique relationship with food and it is apart of our daily lives. My goal for you is to not feel stressed or overwhelmed about food/nutrition. I will provide a supportive, judgement-free zone. I'm here to guide and empower you every step of the way.
Your first session with Felicia
During our first session, we will begin with an initial intake assessment. This is a chance for me to get to know you better and understand your unique needs. We will go over key details such as your medical history, current food habits, lifestyle, likes and dislikes, and personal goals. From there we will create together personalized, achievable goals tailored to your specific needs.
