About Francesca
Hi! I'm Francesca 😊 your upbeat, enthusiastic RD. I DON'T eat perfectly. (A bag of popcorn has often been my dinner 😅). I DON'T track everything I eat. (Who’s got time for that?) I DON'T obsess or worry about food or my body. (It’s not worth it.) But this was hard-won. I spent years learning to heal my relationship with food. I learned to eliminate my binges, reduce my emotional eating (lost weight, improved my PCOS acne, and improved my blood sugars and cholesterol). That transformation changed my life, so I pivoted my career — to serve YOU. I don't symptom-chase, I get down to the ROOT of what is causing your struggle so you can finally be free for good. My style is a blend of compassionate (and structured information if/when needed). And just for fun, a bit about me…I love Disney movies, speak (poor) French, have lived in 4 countries, and am very active in a school of philosophy. I've lived a LIFE. Just like YOU. Approach to care
I take a 3-Pillar approach with my clients: thoughts, feelings, and actions. Most people know what to do — they just struggle with doing it. If that’s you, welcome to being human 🙃 it's nothing to be ashamed of. Instead of relying on discipline and willpower (and “starting over” when that fails), I get clear on the systems driving your current actions — your thoughts and feelings. Change those, and your actions naturally follow. Think of this like a remote and a TV. Your remote (i.e. your thoughts and feelings) control the output of the TV (your actions). We want to change your thoughts and feelings to get to the “channel” (the actions) we want. This is how we create new SYSTEMS that are natural and sustainable. ❌ Instead of: “I shouldn’t eat this.” ✅ Think: “I can have this whenever I want. How much will satisfy me and pair well with my goals?” It’s finding what works for YOU. And don’t worry: I have SIMPLE, practical tools across all 3 Pillars to make lasting change.

I want to know more about YOU. You came here for a reason. I will spend our first session getting better acquainted with what are your goals, what have you tried before, what has (and hasn't) worked for you, and where do you need support. While I can't physically do the work for you - I'm here to be your guide, mentor, educator, and cheerleader. Believe me, I'm a massive hype woman! :D I will be celebrating ALL progress you make (because small changes lead to BIG results over time).
