About Frank
Hi, I'm Frank. I work as a Registered Dietitian with three years of hands-on experience in clinical and hospital settings, including critical care, where nutrition supported healing in demanding moments. I earned my Bachelor of Science in nutrition and dietetics, and I bring a practical, science-based approach to everyday eating. Outside the clinic, I love the gym, basketball, collecting watches, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my kids. I’m grateful you’re here.
Approach to care
Together, we'll build a plan rooted in evidence and tailored to your life. I practice from a current science base while staying curious about your goals, routines, and preferences. I’m direct and action-oriented, offering clear steps, accountability, and practical strategies you can actually fit into busy weeks.
Your first session with Frank
Our first appointment is all about you and how we move forward together. Think of it as a warm, low-pressure conversation where you don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll review lab work and biometrics, go over your medical history, and hear what matters most to you. I’ll ask about your daily routines, obstacles, and what success looks like in your life. By the end, we’ll set 1–2 realistic short-term goals and outline the next steps we’ll take together.
