About Gabby

Hi! I'm Gabby- as a self-certified foodie, I turned my passion into a career and have been a Registered Dietitian for the last 14 years. My clinical and hospital work has taught me how science translates into real life as food truly is medicine. I enjoy helping people turn nutrition guidance into doable routines to achieve their goals. When I'm not working, you’ll find me exploring new restaurants/cuisines, traveling, reading, enjoying time outdoors and participating in any activities that involve water.

Approach to care

I practice an evidence-based, educational, but also human-first approach. I firmly believe in Health At Every Size and a weight-neutral mindset, along with intuitive eating, focusing on behaviors and wellbeing rather than numbers on a scale. We'll work together in a warm, nonjudgmental space, translating the latest science into practical steps you can actually live with. My goal is lasting change through sustainable routines, mindful eating, and skills that empower you to make informed choices long after our sessions end.

Your first session with Gabby

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and current concerns, talk about your day-to-day routines, and establish short-term goals that feel doable. We'll create a personalized meal plan that fits your tastes, schedule, and budget, and review any relevant lab work or biometrics to guide our plan. It’s a low-pressure conversation, and you don’t need to have everything figured out yet. We'll take those first steps together and set a clear path forward.
