Hi! I'm Gabriel (MS/RDN), I'm a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist with 2 years experience in acute and critical care nutrition in NYC and FL. My areas of interest are: diabetes, weight management, digestive disorders, eating disorders, and oncology. I am also well versed in preventative nutrition to decrease risk of chronic disease.

My approach to care is creating a sustainable lifestyle enjoying foods to make one feel and achieve their optimal best. My mission is help others level up their healing journey, integrating the latest science in Functional Medicine with Herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine. My approach centers on holistic healing, addressing the root cause and promoting deep, lasting healing transformations.

Your first session with Gabriel

In our first session I'd like us to get to know each other, dive into your health/medical/nutrition/lifestyle history. We will discuss what topics are important to you & review relevant educational topics to promote realistic goal setting (long term & short term). Goals will be modified based on outcomes and behavior changes in follow up visits.
