About Gabriel
Hi, I’m Gabe! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a background in both clinical nutrition and sports nutrition, and I love helping people feel their best through food. In the clinical setting, I work with patients on everything from recovery and healing to navigating medical conditions with confidence. As a sports dietitian at a D1 college, I support athletes in fueling smarter, performing stronger, and building habits that actually fit into real life (yes, even with busy schedules, travel, and training).

Your first session is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation focused on understanding your goals and daily routine. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your eating habits, lifestyle, training or medical history (if relevant), and what you’re hoping to improve. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a few personalized, realistic steps to get started, plus a clear plan for what support and follow-ups will look like moving forward!
