Hi there, I love to be called Gabi! I am very passionate about the Nutrition profession and I love to serve my patients and give my very best to help them achieve their nutritional goals and overall wellbeing. I have been working in the field of Dietetics for almost 20 years now and it has been a privileged to have served numerous patients whom I have built strong professional relationships with. I have had the opportunity to have worked in different areas of nutrition and settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, dialysis clinics, private practice, weight loss, weight loss, overall health and wellbeing. I will be more than happy to serve you on your nutrition goals!

Approach to care

My approach is based on meeting my patients where they are at the present moment in terms of their knowledge or circumstances and build from there. I go in detail about what my patients need and want, know in detail about their lifestyles to be able to format a plan that best suits their needs and goals. I love helping creating meal plans and provide tips to make things attainable for my patients.

In your first session, be ready to meet a very friendly and passionate nutrition professional who is ready to help you. I am great at creating an excellent rapport with my patients and make them field as if their were at home. I will ask you a lot of questions to make sure I get to know you so I understand what you need and figure out how to best help you to achieve your goals.
