About Gabriella
Hi! I strive to be the dietitian I wish everyone had access to. I’m motivated to help you achieve your goals and overcome your struggles. Growing up, I loved staying active and moving my body, but my deeper interest in nutrition began the more I learned about the many ways nutrition can impact one’s life. This shaped my desire to become the best Dietitian. My goal is to always listen, understand, and meet you where you’re at. I’ve built a strong foundation in nutrition through both my education and hands-on experience working alongside inspiring dietitians, allowing me to blend science with real-life, sustainable care.

My goal is for you to feel supported and understood, no matter where you’re starting from. I believe meaningful change happens through sustainable, evidence-based approaches that fit your life. I want to help you push through feelings of doubt, fear, and anxiety to help you meet your goals. I take a whole-person approach, recognizing that many aspects of your life can influence your nutrition and health habits. We’ll explore what works best for you through an individualized approach considering your schedule, personal responsibilities, preferences, and challenges. Rather than avoiding obstacles, we’ll work through them together learning how to navigate resistance and build strategies that feel realistic. I always welcome your questions, feedback, and honest reflections!
Your first session with Gabriella
During our first session, my priority is getting to know you. We’ll talk about your lifestyle, how you’re currently feeling, and what has brought you to seek support. I want to understand what your goals are so we can create an approach that truly fits your needs. Together, we’ll begin identifying realistic next steps and discussing strategies that align with your life. While we’ll address your short-term goals, we’ll also focus on building a strong foundation for long-term success. I want you to leave our sessions feeling encouraged, equipped, and supported as you continue your journey beyond our time together.

Hobbies
I enjoy any chance I get to be outside! I love tennis, golf, and a nice walk! I also enjoy trying to bake/cook new recipes!
