About Gabrielle
Hi there! I’m Gabby — a registered dietitian passionate about helping people feel confident and balanced in their relationship with food. I don’t believe health comes from rigid rules or fleeting trends. Instead, I focus on helping you create realistic, sustainable choices that truly fit your life. My goal is to guide you toward lasting change by building practical habits that honor your preferences, lifestyle, and goals.
Approach to care
I meet clients where they are in their health journey — respecting where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to go. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate philosophy. I work alongside you to design strategies tailored to your needs and lifestyle. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, pursuing specific goals, or simply aiming to feel better, I provide the tools, guidance, and support to help you succeed. Together, we’ll create sustainable habits that strengthen your health and boost your confidence.
Your first session with Gabrielle
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore your goals, challenges, and any barriers you may be facing around food and nutrition. I practice from a weight-inclusive perspective, meaning I respect and support your health at every size and focus on your overall well-being rather than the number on the scale. My goal is to offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable sharing openly. The session will last about 55 minutes, and there’s no special preparation required — please come as you are! If you’d like, you can bring recent health records, medications, or a food diary, but it’s not necessary. In future sessions, we’ll continue working together to adjust your plan, providing ongoing support, tools, and accountability to help you feel confident in your nutrition and well-being — all within a compassionate, inclusive framework that honors your unique needs.
