About Gabrielle

I am a Registered Dietitian dedicated to fostering positive eating environments for families. The relationship with food and the associated behaviors are formed at the first feed and continue on into adulthood. I recognize the significance of cultivating positive and healthful eating habits and therefore specialize in navigating the complexities of the food environment. Let's connect to explore what nutrition looks like for your family.

Approach to care

As a registered dietitian, my approach to care is rooted in a holistic understanding of food as both a source of connection and a tool for supporting the body in utilizing energy efficiently and effectively. I view nourishment as an experience that can bring pleasure, foster relationships, and enhance overall well-being. I emphasize creating a healthy, positive relationship with food—one free from pressure, stress, or rigid rules—so that eating becomes an enjoyable and empowering part of daily life. Through compassionate guidance, I help individuals explore what foods support them physically, mentally, and emotionally, while encouraging curiosity, flexibility, and self-awareness. Whether working with individuals or families, I aim to make nutrition a fun and meaningful way to understand and care for ourselves.

Your first session with Gabrielle

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand your or your child’s unique needs in a supportive, judgment-free space. We’ll talk about your goals, daily routines, and any challenges around eating, feeding, or overall well-being. For pediatric visits, I’ll explore developmental stage, mealtime dynamics, and family patterns. For women’s health, we’ll look at factors like hormones, energy, digestion, or postpartum changes. Together, we’ll begin identifying a clear, supportive goal that makes nutrition feel approachable and stress-free. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, empowered, and confident about the path forward.
