About Gabryella
Hi, I'm Gaby! I’m a Registered Dietitian with an MS in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University, and I’ve been practicing for one year in clinical and hospital settings. Outside of work, you’ll find me either crocheting, testing new recipes or flowing through pilates. I believe in meeting people where they are and turning curiosity into sustainable habits, so I'm really excited to learn about your story and nutrition focused goals!
Approach to care
I base every recommendation on current evidence and practical strategies you can actually live with. We’ll explore your relationship with food in a whole-person way, honoring your goals, routines, and values. I practice through a HAES lens, focusing on health behaviors rather than a number on the scale, and I’ll teach you the science behind choices so you can decide what fits best. Together, we’ll build lasting, doable changes.
Your first session with Gabryella
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll start with a gentle review of your medical history, current routines, and what you’re hoping to change. This is a low-pressure conversation where you won’t be judged. Just come as you are, and we’ll figure out what matters most. Together we’ll set one or two achievable short-term goals and outline practical steps you can start this week.
