About Genesis
Hi, I’m Genesis, a registered dietitian dedicated to helping people develop healthier, more positive relationships with food. Grounded in evidence-based nutrition and guided by a compassionate, personalized approach, I partner with clients to build realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. No fad diets or quick fixes — just genuine, lasting results. Whether you’re managing a health condition, aiming to enhance your performance, or simply want to feel your best, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I know that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I take the time to understand your goals, challenges, and preferences to create a plan that fits your life.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition care is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and science. I believe in meeting clients where they are—honoring their unique backgrounds, lifestyles, and relationships with food. Instead of relying on rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans, I focus on empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge to make confident, sustainable choices. I strive to create a non-judgmental, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood.
Your first session with Genesis
Your first nutrition session is all about you. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your goals, lifestyle, medical history, eating habits, and any challenges you may be facing. Think of it as a relaxed and supportive conversation — no judgment, no pressure. The first session typically lasts about 60 minutes. You don't need to prepare anything special, but feel free to bring any recent lab work, a list of medications, or even a food diary if you have one. Most importantly, come as you are — this is a space where your voice matters and your health journey is respected. Follow-up sessions will build on what we start here, offering ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments as your needs evolve.
Education
I received my Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Delaware in 2023, and then went on to attain my Masters and along with completing my Dietetic Internship at Long Island University in 2024.
Hobbies
I love shopping, listening to music, going on long car rides, mat pilates, trying new restaurants, and reality TV!
