About Geoffrey

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics and over 15 years of experience helping individuals improve metabolic health, body composition, and overall performance. My approach blends medical nutrition therapy (MNT), functional health, and performance nutrition—combining the science of metabolism with sustainable lifestyle strategies. I specialize in metabolic syndrome, gut health, liver disease (MASLD/NAFLD), weight management, and recovery. I’ve worked with athletes, executives, and clinical populations, developing precision-based programs that align with each person’s goals. My mission is to help you optimize how you feel, function, and perform through evidence-based, practical nutrition.

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in science and personalization. I integrate medical nutrition therapy, functional health, and performance-based strategies to address key areas such as metabolic health, gut function, recovery, and body composition. Each plan is designed around your unique medical history, lifestyle, and goals, whether that means building muscle, improving energy, or optimizing lab markers. I focus on creating realistic, evidence-based nutrition strategies that fit seamlessly into daily life. You can expect a collaborative, goal-driven partnership that emphasizes education, accountability, and long-term success, not quick fixes. Together, we’ll turn nutrition into a powerful tool for health, performance, and longevity.

Your first session with Geoffrey

What to Expect in Your First Session Your first session is all about you—your health story, current habits, and goals. We’ll review your medical history, dietary patterns, lifestyle, and fitness routine, as well as any lab results you may have. Together, we’ll identify key priorities and develop an initial nutrition strategy that’s realistic, evidence-based, and tailored to your needs. You’ll leave the session with a clear first action step to begin implementing right away. To make the most of our time, please track 2–3 days of typical food intake and bring any recent lab work or supplements you’re using. I look forward to helping you create a nutrition plan that supports your health, performance, and long-term goals.
