About Georgianna
Hi, I'm Georgianna. I’ve spent 20 years as a Registered Dietitian, guided by an MPH with a focus on sports nutrition and psychology, program development and implementation based with behavioral change. My practice spans clinical and hospital care, private practice, corporate wellness, research, community health, and sport nutrition, with many presentations to moms clubs, scouting groups, and running teams. I hold active LD, and RD credentials, with a post CPT from ACSM which helps me blend fitness, science, and food in practical plans. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me hiking, cooking, cycling, or outdoors with my camera. I’m grateful to walk this path with you.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence-based nutrition with empathetic partnership. We'll approach your goals with curiosity, honor your values, and translate science into doable steps that fit your life. I embrace a Health At Every Size, weight-neutral perspective and focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. I want you to feel seen and supported, and I’ll bring clarity and structure so you know what to do and why. Education matters, and I’ll help you build confidence to make informed choices, using natural foods as the foundation while acknowledging supplements or medical tools when appropriate.
Your first session with Georgianna
Our first appointment is all about you. Think of it as a conversation, not an exam. We’ll start by learning about your medical history, daily routines, and your relationship with food, then review any lab work or biometrics that matter. You don’t need to have perfect answers yet; together we’ll set short-term goals and draft a practical meal plan that fits your schedule, tastes, and lifestyle. You’ll leave with clarity on the next steps and a sense of partnership you can lean on as you begin this work.
