Iâm a plant-based registered dietitian specializing in holistic nutrition counseling that supports sustainable habits and overall well-being. With a background in dietetics, yoga, and food systems advocacy, I help clients develop balanced, mindful relationships with foodânourishing both personal health and the health of the planet. My areas of expertise include vegan and vegetarian nutrition, weight management, type 2 diabetes, and heart-healthy diets.

Your first session with Gianina
During our first session, weâll take time to get to know each other and build a foundation of trust. Iâll ask about your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges youâre currently facing. This is a judgment-free space where youâre encouraged to share openlyâthereâs no "right" way to eat or live, and weâll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Rather than jumping straight into changes, weâll focus on understanding your unique needs and values. We'll then start to identify realistic, sustainable steps that support your well-being. My goal is for you to leave our session feeling heard, supported, and empowered with a plan that meets you where you are.
