About Giavana
Hello! My faith has shaped my commitment to serving others by helping them develop a healthy, balanced relationship with food and their bodies. I strive to support clients in enjoying the foods they love while working toward meaningful, sustainable health goals. I have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of nutrition concerns, with a particular focus on intuitive eating, body image, disordered eating, pre- and postnatal nutrition, and a weight-neutral approach to health. I also work with clients managing conditions such as acid reflux, diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol. In addition to being a registered dietitian, I am also a certified personal trainer and am passionate about helping people find joy, confidence, and empowerment through movement. My approach emphasizes realistic nutrition education, compassionate support, and individualized care to help clients create habits that support both physical and emotional well-being.
Approach to care
Our current culture puts this pressure on many of us (myself included!) that your worth comes from the way you look, but I want to show people that their heart is their biggest asset. I am on a mission to help people develop a healthy relationship with food, where no foods are deemed as "good" or "bad." There is not a one-size-fits-all when it comes to our diets. Providing realistic nutrition education and incorporating small sustainable changes can make a big difference in getting you to your goals. And I will work along side you to help you reach your goals.
