About Gila
Hi, I'm Gila. Registered dietitian, diabetes educator and certified yoga and Pilates instructor. Eating healthy and exercising regularly can be challenging with busy schedules as well as the abundance of options in the supermarket. I'm excited to learn more about you and how I can help you achieve your wellness goals!
Approach to care
Whole-person approach with a focus on mindful eating and individualized SMART goals for a healthier lifestyle. Will create a nutrition and wellness plan based on your unique needs and desires. Sessions provide you with evidenced-based resources and motivation to optimize your health and well-being.
Your first session with Gila
In our first session together I will learn about your current eating and physical activity patterns as well as other lifestyle related factors such as work and sleep. We'll discuss what your unique lifestyle, concerns, and goals are and begin to set small, realistic steps to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
