About Gina
Hi there! I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. I have experience in the acute care, long term care, and outpatient settings. I combine my psychology and dietetics experiences to set small realistic goals that will help you achieve optimal health- whether that is centered around labs, weight, or physical activity. Looking forward to getting to know you!
Approach to care
I emphasize motivational interviewing and client-centered care to help you create a plan of action to achieve your goals. I will greet you where you are at and help to create a plan that will bring you to where you want to be.
